Yoga Online School GbR (from here on referred to as "YOS"), Moritz Ulrich and Niklas Noack, Seydelstraße 21, 10117 Berlin, Germany, maintains this website, any courses offered and other linked and related sites (the “Site”) for the use of its customers, vendors, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and YOS. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

1. Use of Site

YOS provides various educational materials, information, quizzes, tests, questions, articles, news and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site (the “Materials”). YOS authorizes each User to view and sometimes download one copy of the Materials. Materials may be downloaded and a maximum of one copy of the Materials may be printed provided that Users make no modifications to the Materials and you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the original Materials on any copies of the Materials. Users may not modify the Materials at this Site in any way or reproduce, share or distribute them. Users will keep all Materials confidential, and will not sell, auction, loan, rent, give away, describe, summarize, or otherwise reveal the Materials or their contents, to any other person or entity. Any breach of these Terms of Use automatically terminates your authorized use of the Site.

2. Buying a Course

In order to purchase on of our Materials you need to first create an account. Once you created an account you can sign-in. You can then choose to purchase a single course or a course bundle, paying a one-time fee or choosing an auto-renewing monthly subscription, that grants you access to the purchased Materials only for the time of an active monthly subscription. Failure of payment of your monthly subscription fee terminates your authorized use of the purchased Materials.

Taxes / VAT 

All prices shown on our website include the appropriate VAT. For all e-courses offered the VAT depends on the residential country of you, the buyer of the product. That is why it is necessary to provide your country during checkout. This applies to all buyers within the European Union. The exact amount and percentage of VAT will be shown on your invoice.

If you are residing outside the EU no taxes or VAT are included in the prices.

Payment methods

We offer two Payment Methods. For one-time payments you can choose between PayPal and Credit Card payments processed by STRIPE.

For monthly subscription you can only use auto-renewing Credit Card payments using STRIPE.

Steps of Purchase

The "Buy Now" or "Subscribe Now" buttons on the landing page of a course will lead you to a new window, the checout window. If you have not signed-in to your account you will be asked to do so now or create a new account. You can now review your chosen articles in this check out window. Before being able to complete the purchase you must agree to these Terms and Conditions and our privacy policy.

Clicking on "Buy Now" or "Subscribe Now" within the check out window will let you provide the necessary information for Credit Card payments though STRIPE or payments through PayPal.

If your payment was defined as successful by either PayPal or STRIPE you will be granted access to the purchased Materials for the time indicated during the check out process (e.g. for example lifetime access or monthly access etc.)

3. Refunds and Cancellation

We offer you a 30 days no questions-asked refund policy. That means that after a successful purchase of one of our Materials you will be able to request a full refund of your payments, that you made for these Materials. This request must be placed within 30 days after the purchase. For auto-renewing monthly subscriptions your request must be placed within 30 days after the very first payment of your subscription plan.

You can place your request via e-mail to: [email protected] . Please not that you will loose access to the purchased Materials after the purchase has been granted.

Due to the nature of the offered Materials it will not be possible to grant any kinds of refunds after this 30 days period.

Cancellation of an auto-renewing monthly payment

You can cancel your monthly subscription payment at any time through the dashboard of your account. You will need to be signed-in in order to do so. You need to find the course that you want to end the monthly subscription within your dashboard.

Other ways of canceling your monthly subscription is through sending us an e-mail providing your full name and e- mail address used to sign up for this course. e - mail address: [email protected]

4. Trademark and Copyright

YOS., and certain other brands, trademarks, and service marks are marks of YOS and its affiliates. The Materials on this Site are copyrighted, and any unauthorized use of any Materials on this Site may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

5. Hyperlinks

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. YOS has not reviewed all of these external websites, does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

6. No Warranty

The Materials provided at this site are provided “as is” without any warranties of any kind including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property. YOS further does not warrant the accuracy and completeness of the Materials at this Site. YOS may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. The Materials at this Site may be out of date, and YOS makes no commitment to update the Materials at this Site.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will YOS., its suppliers, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from interruption of services or inaccurate information) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. If your use of the Materials or information from this Site results in the need for servicing, repair or correction of equipment or data, you assume all costs thereof.

8. Applicable Law

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the . Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Alpha Score Seminars Inc. may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

The Terms are effective as of November 7th, 2015 and are subject to change without notice by Yoga Online School GbR. at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
