You have a harmonium, but so far it is just sitting around in a corner? You started playing for a little bit but felt to insecure to go on and actually start chanting? You know how to play a couple of chants but you want to learn more?

THIS IS MY STORYBorn and raised in Berlin, Germany while going to a musical high school, playing piano, singing in a choir and playing clarinet in an orchestra I started reading yoga books. I dived deep into the mystical and philosophical aspects of the teachings. I did not really enjoy moving around or doing any kinds of sports. One day though, after playing around with asana a bit on my own I wanted to take my first yoga class ever. I googled, found a class the next morning 7 am. There I was, wondering how all these other people were even able to hold down dog for longer than a breath.From then on, I was addicted to the practices. I tried out whatever was available and finally find myself today co- directing a Jivamukti Yoga School in Berlin, mentoring during the international Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Trainings and offer teachings online and offline for thousands of students worldwide. In between all this, I finished Medical School at Charité Berlin.I would love to serve you as well, offer you all my knowledge and experiences to the best of my ability so you can explore your true potential, as a teacher and as a student.
